Our Not Just a Pasta Cheese, works just like a Parmesan and has the advantage of being the only one available in the UK to be Vegetarian Society Approved. We supply this cheese in convenient 700g portions, these can be frozen although will happily last 5 months in the fridge. Slightly sweeter than its Italian counterparts it is as happy on a cheeseboard as it is grated over pasta.
Our South Downs butter is available salted and unsalted in convenient 2kg tubs which can be frozen. The 200g rolls are very popular with many chefs, who slice them with a hot knife to make individual portions. This butter has won Gold at the great taste awards for 5 years in a row and was voted Britains best butter on UK Food.
Our Seasonal range of Ravioli is very, very popular throughout the country with many chefs finding it a convenient vegetarian meal for their lunchtime offering. This can be cooked from frozen and our new 300g portions are ideal for 2 servings, thus keeping the wastage low. Traditionally rolled pasta, using 100% UK milled durum wheat semolina flour and free range eggs. Add butter to the drained pasta in the hot pan, serve hot with a small drizle of olive oil and a salad garnish, the financial rewards from this dish are exceptional and your customers will presume that you have created it all in your kitchen.
